WHICH INDUSTRY DOES THE TCS SYSTEM SUIT?: The TCS - system is industry-independent software and designed so that it is suitable for all logistical solutions and Field Service Management.
WHAT OPERATING SYSTEM IS REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO USE THE TCS OFFICE APPLICATION?: This is purely web-based, so it's not tied to any operating system. In other words, TCS operates regardless of the operating system.
WHY THE TCS SYSTEM?: The TCS software is user-friendly and is based on our longstanding experience of task management systems and implemented projects. The system is flexible, fast in changing situations and its versatility is diverse in different systems. Our goal is always the satisfaction of our users and, to achieve this, we work closely with the customer, especially at the beginning of the project.
WHO INSTALLS THE SYSTEM TO VEHICLE DEVICES?: The system delivery includes professional installation services. The TCS system will be installed in a manner agreed upon with the customer. System installation usually consists of software installations for servers, workstations, and mobile terminals which is most commonly mader remotely.
DOES THE SYSTEM SUPPLY INCLUDE ANY TRAINING?: TCS system delivery always includes system training for office and field staff. The training is carried out in the training facilities provided by the customer or Ecomond Oy. The content of the training is tailored to the needs of the customer.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET CONSULTING HELP FROM ECOMOND FOR THE ROUTE PLANNING? Routing as a Service?: Ecomond Oy offers its customers a wide range of consulting services. Consulting services include system design, system definitions, logistics and task management development plans, and various surveys and plans for enterprise resource planning. In addition, we offer our customers optimization services with TCS OPTI.

WHICH BENEFITS DO I GET FROM THE TCS OPTI?: Optimization can achieve economically significant savings, typical savings have been 10-15 %, but up to 30% savings are possible.
FOR WHAT TYPE OF OPERATION IS THE OPTIMIZATION DESIGNED FOR?: TCS OPTI is well suited for a wide range of industries and different types of Operations from Logistics to Field Service Management at different levels, ranging from strategic planning to optimizing real-time operation.
HOW LONG DOES OPTIMIZING TAKE?: Optimization algorithms are an absolute pinnacle in the industry and proven to be functional in many different industries. Typically, the optimization takes 0 to 5 seconds and very demanding problems will be resolved in a matter of minutes.
DOES THE OPTIMIZATION TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION REAL LIFE CONSTRAINTS AND CONDITIONS?: Yes, and this is the absolute strength of our optimization engine. There are a total of several hundred boundary terms, including the working time constraints, vehicle capacities and the specific requirements of tasks, personnel and equipment.
